DOES GIVINGFUEL PROCESS RECURRING DONATIONS?
Yes! You can exponentially increase your fundraising by utilizing our recurring donation technology that automates and schedules your donations for you. WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
Our prices rock! Our Pro package is our most popular at $59 dollars a month. That allows you to have unlimited campaigns, donors and features. You can see our pricing options and packages here.
WHAT ABOUT A PERCENTAGE FEE?
We started GivingFuel because we are passionate about helping raise money for non-profits, charities and churches. A percentage fee cuts into your donations and penalizes large donors from giving online. That's why our fee is a flat monthly fee. We also give customers the freedom to select their own credit card processor. You essentially have a personalized gateway for receiving funds, managing refunds and processing cancellations.
Many of our clients use Cornerstone Payment Solutions because they offer a flat 3% rate or better. This is great for organizations moving to online donations for the first time. If you are already processing donations online, Cornerstone can beat your pricing. They guarantee the lowest rate on the market or they will cut you a check for $500.

WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO MUCH LOWER?
GivingFuel has a different model and technology unlike other companies. We do not keep, process or hold your donation funds thus sparing us the need to maintain a large administrative staff. Our computer systems utilize a lot of really cool automated features which allow us to serve a wide range of clients at a minimal expense.
HOW AND WHEN DO I GET PAID?
No more waiting 3-4 weeks for a check in the mail! GivingFuel links with your merchant account so your funds go directly to you within 1-2 business days.
HOW DO I GET BILLED?
Each month you will receive an invoice from GivingFuel with your monthly charges.
DO MY DONORS HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO DONATE?
Speaking from experience, we feel the less hoops your donor have to jump through the better. However, this feature is available on GivingFuel should you desire donors to create an account with your organiziation. (95% of our clients do not use this feature)
DO YOU SELL, SHARE, LICENSE OR SPAM OUR DONORS?
Never! We hate spam as much as they do. You own all of your data and we will never sell or share it with anyone.
CAN I MAKE MY ONLINE DONATION FORM LOOK LIKE MY WEBSITE?

GivingFuel is an online donation software program developed by Webconnex. Webconnex creates web-based software for online payments and registrations utilized by globally recognized brands.
