No! We believe you should stay because you love the product, not because you’re locked into a contract. Your donor data is yours, and we’ll even help you move it if you ever need to leave.

Can I migrate recurring donations to keep them processing?

You can. If you have recurring donors on another platform, our team can help you keep those gifts flowing (without having to contact your donors) while you switch to GivingFuel. Contact us to learn more about the process.

Would switching processors disrupt or require us to notify our current recurring donors?el?

Great question! No. We can setup existing recurring gifts to transfer to Webconnex Payments by working with your previous payment processor. No donor action needed. Contact us to learn more about the process.
