How to Migrate to GivingFuel
Create an Account with GivingFuel
Create your GivingFuel account, build your first online giving page, and complete account verification. Most teams can complete this step in less than an hour.
Get Started
Import Your Contacts
Export your contacts from your current donation platform, CRM, email provider, subscriber list, or bookkeeping software.
Then, format them as a CSV and use GivingFuel’s easy import tool to bring your contacts into your account.
Import Donor History (optional)
Want to keep past giving records in one place? Export your transaction history from your existing donation platform or bookkeeping software, format it using GivingFuel’s import template, and import it into your account. That way, your team can keep donor history connected instead of starting from scratch.

Migrate Recurring Donors
Recurring donor migration takes a little coordination between our tech team and the team at your existing donor software. But don't worry, we've done this a lot, and most providers are familiar with the process and will work with us to complete the transfer.
Once you authorize the transfer, we'll work with your current provider to securely move recurring credit card donations into GivingFuel. Your donors do not need to take action, and your recurring gifts can continue without interruption.
