Import Donor History (optional)
If you want to retain historical donor giving history, you will want to export transaction history from either your existing donation platform or bookkeeping software into an excel spreadsheet. Then simply format it according to our import format and import it into GivingFuel and now all your past donation history is inside GivingFuel.

Export and Import Recurring Donors
This step will take small coordination between our tech team and the team at your existing donor software. Don't worry we've done this a lot and most companies play nice with us. Once you make the introduction, we'll work with your existing provider to get a secured vault of all your recurring credit card donations and then import them into GivingFuel. This can take a few technical steps, but all you need to do is give the proper authorization and our team can do the rest.

Can I migrate recurring donations to keep them processing?

Would switching processors disrupt or require us to notify our current recurring donors?
